Retour sur deux journ\u00e9es de formation dans le Cantal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

La formation \u00ab\u00a0l’\u00e9lu.e, le paysage et le projet local\u00a0\u00bb, organis\u00e9e dans le cadre d\u2019un partenariat national entre le Minist\u00e8re de la Transition \u00e9cologique, l\u2019AMF et la FNCAUE, avec le soutien local des associations de maires, vise \u00e0 sensibiliser les \u00e9lus \u00e0 la dimension paysag\u00e8re de leurs actions.<\/p>

Fond\u00e9e sur la lecture du territoire, l\u2019approche paysag\u00e8re repose sur l\u2019analyse de ses caract\u00e9ristiques g\u00e9ographiques, historiques et perceptives. Elle constitue un levier essentiel pour un am\u00e9nagement durable, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle communale ou intercommunale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Mobiliser les bons outils, acteurs et processus au bon moment.<\/p><\/li>

    La formation a d\u00e9but\u00e9 \u00e0 la Maison de l’Habitat de Saint-Flour, avec une visite guid\u00e9e par Sandrine Daureuil (Pays d\u2019Art et d\u2019Histoire). Une maquette interactive du territoire et une mat\u00e9rioth\u00e8que ont permis de mieux saisir l\u2019identit\u00e9 paysag\u00e8re et architecturale locale.<\/p>

    La matin\u00e9e s\u2019est poursuivie par un tour de table en images anim\u00e9 par Yolande Guyoton et \u00c9douard Mure. Chaque \u00e9lu a partag\u00e9 sa vision du paysage, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant sa diversit\u00e9 de perception : visuelle, affective, collective. Des notions comme \u201ccommun\u201d, \u201cm\u00e9diateur\u201d ou \u201cinitiateur\u201d ont \u00e9merg\u00e9, tout comme les difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es aux exigences paysag\u00e8res dans les territoires ruraux<\/p>

    Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9jeuner, une sortie en minibus a permis une lecture de paysage sur le terrain : plateaux, gorges de la Truy\u00e8re, Viaduc de Garabit. La discussion a port\u00e9 sur les usages de territoires d\u00e9laiss\u00e9s et les opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019am\u00e9nagement.<\/p>

    Denis Hertz (CPIE) et Mathilde Degen (DDT) ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les enjeux \u00e9cologiques et les outils de gestion, comme le carnet graphique des Gorges.<\/p>

    La journ\u00e9e s\u2019est conclue par la visite du village de Chaliers et de ses espaces publics requalifi\u00e9s par l\u2019agence Simon Teyssou, mettant en valeur paysage, mat\u00e9riaux locaux et patrimoine. Madame le Maire a partag\u00e9 les enjeux du projet, fonctionnel plus de dix ans apr\u00e8s sa r\u00e9alisation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Au Rouget-Pers, Simon Teyssou et Ana\u00eblle Pacaud ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le Plan Guide<\/strong>, outil strat\u00e9gique d\u2019am\u00e9nagement respectant l\u2019environnement et le patrimoine. La visite du bourg a illustr\u00e9 la mise en \u0153uvre de ce document \u00e0 travers des am\u00e9nagements pr\u00e9cis : ripisylve, mise en valeur de b\u00e2timents anciens, requalification d\u2019espaces publics.<\/p>

    Monsieur le Maire a expliqu\u00e9 comment le Plan Guide oriente les projets vers plus de qualit\u00e9, loin des logiques de lotissements classiques.<\/p>

    Apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9jeuner convivial pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par un traiteur local, l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi a \u00e9t\u00e9 rythm\u00e9e par trois ateliers :<\/p>

    1. Jeu de classement des acteurs et outils du paysage<\/strong>, selon leur \u00e9chelle d\u2019action (locale \u00e0 internationale), anim\u00e9 par le CAUE.<\/li>
    2. Pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019outils num\u00e9riques<\/strong> utiles \u00e0 l\u2019analyse et \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9nagement (g\u00e9oportails, atlas, observatoires\u2026).<\/li>
    3. Travail en groupe<\/strong> sur un projet d\u2019am\u00e9nagement fictif int\u00e9grant une d\u00e9marche paysag\u00e8re et les enjeux du vivre-ensemble. Chaque groupe a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses id\u00e9es et \u00e9chang\u00e9 pour enrichir la r\u00e9flexion.<\/li><\/ol>

      La formation s\u2019est cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e par un bilan et une synth\u00e8se visuelle r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Ma\u00ebliss, facilitatrice graphique, permettant de revenir sur les notions cl\u00e9s et de renforcer leur m\u00e9morisation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
